Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size exchange request (subject to stock availability)

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Products purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Customers may be responsible for delivery charges related to exchanges unless the mistake was from our side.

Return Policy

Currently, we do not offer returns for change of mind or preference.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Approved returns may be eligible for:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (only in eligible cases)

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable when:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
  • A return request for a damaged/wrong item is approved and replacement is unavailable.
